GRUNDFOS INDIA , One day industrial Visit on 23rd September, 2011

Turaipakkam, Chennai.

50 students of MBA 1st year with two faculty members (Mr. Kamalakannan and Mr. Lenin) went on an industrial visit to the factory on 23-09-11. Mrs Deepa, Marketing Manager of that branch, received us and gave a brief introduction to the factory. Students were taken from one section to the next and explained the process involved in the making of pumps. Students were also explained about, various pumps manufactured by Grundfos, like Circulator pumps for heating and air-conditioning as well as other centrifugal pumps for the industries, water supply, sewage and dosing. The visit was for 2 hours. It was an informative, interesting and a successful visit.
