National Institute of Management studies a Stand Alone Business School belonging to the Hindustan Group of Educational Institutions - Chennai, is organizing a National Level Management Meet "MOTO'11" on 12th October 2011, a professional event aimed to bring out the inherent talents of the potential young budding managers.

It is sure that "MOTO'11" will be an ideal platform to showcase the student's managerial talents to collaborate, challenge their skill sets and in the process of enhancing their knowledge base through a professional filled experience. The meet comprises Ad Zap, Business Plan, Business Quiz, Paper Presentation and Best Manager to ignite the analytical skills and creativity of the students in all the areas of management.

This year the NIMS-Business school has invited colleges and B-schools from the four directions of the country to a single platform "MOTO'11", which will host new event like Best Manager to bring out the perfect manager and has also added many spot events with lots of fun and learning.

Thiru.S.KANNAN, General Manager-Production, CAVIN KARE Pvt. L td, (Dairy Division) is the Chief Guest for the Inaugural function and DR.MRS.ELIZABETH VERGHESE, Chairperson, Hindustan Group of Educational Institutions will preside over the function. Dr.Pon Ramalingam, Registrar, Hindustan University is the Chief Guest for the Valedictory Function and distribute the cash prizes and trophies to the winners of the various events at the valedictory function.

Theme of the Event: THE BATTLE OF BRAINS - BEST MANAGER Hunts for the most capable manager. The event consists of aptitude test, GD and stress interview.

This is a management game wherein the participant will be closely judged for various parameter of leadership, group behavior, knowledge and general skill required for manager.

" Two participants per college.
" Participants should bring their resume with formal dress code.
" Participant of this event are not allowed to participate in any other events.

The Business Quiz, Where knowledge is power.

The quiz will cover topics ranging from the world of current affairs, general knowledge, sports etc… and participants will battle it out with oral, written and visual questions.

This is an event where every participant can showcase his teamwork skills in an organized manner with effective handling of spot situations.

Ad zap event will be conducted in 2 Stages.

This is an event aimed at nurturing the entrepreneurial skills of the individuals, in which individual's come up with an idea to develop it perfectly to suit the market to make loads of money.

Direct final presentation to be done by participants.

It offers an opportunity to bring the ideas to light, put forth the research on a single PLATFORM and let the world know them.

The event where the participants unleash the technical and presentation skills, in which individual's mind wander in the ocean of ideas, as ideas being the source of innovation and innovation being vital for all human change and progress.
